Four B/E students’ class project was selected as the third place winner in the MEA paper contest

Four Business and Economics students: Mya Hillerud ’23, Leah Keil ’23, Amber Krahn ’23, and Mya Lear-Tharaldson ’23, submitted their Money and Banking class project “The Asian Financial Crisis of 1997-98” supervised by Professor Shu-Ling Wang to the Minnesota Economic Association undergraduate paper contest. In October 2023, their paper was selected the Third Place Winner in the economic communication category. Congratulations on their academic accomplishments!
