Ethics blog moves to the public domain– follow The Ethicist Posted on December 5th, 2012 by

Kathy Lund Dean, the Board of Trustees Distinguished Chair in Leadership & Ethics, has been one of three bloggers for The Ethicist, a blog sponsored by the Academy of Management where important issues around ethics can be collaboratively examined. Just this week, The Ethicist moved from the Academy’s member-only social networking site AOMConnect to an open forum space at http://ethicist.aom.org/ .

Now in its third year, The Ethicist provides a place where Academy members, and now anyone, can weigh in on compelling ethics issues in academe. Lorraine Eden (Texas A&M) co-created and chairs The Ethicist, as well as authors the ethics in research column. Paul Vaaler (University of Minnesota) provides insights into ethics in professional life. Kathy has been writing about ethics in teaching and just posted her column for December, entitled, “Preaching vs. teaching: Conversational ethics in the classroom” and available now! Please share your thoughts and feedback!!
